Currently, Astorg Auto of Parkersburg is looking for a qualified receptionist.

 

Job Description:

Full Time Receptionist

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Take and relay messages.
Provide information to callers.
Greet persons entering organization.
Direct persons to correct destination.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Prepare correspondence and documents.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Assist with coordination of meetings and catering.
Monitor and maintain office equipment.
Control inventory relevant to reception area.
Tidy and maintain the reception area.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required.
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or clerical position.
Experience with computers, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Keyboard skills, minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
Ability to work a multi line phone system.

This is a full time position. Hours will be Monday through Friday and every other Saturday from 8am – 5pm. Time may fluctuate until 6pm. Paid holidays, vacation and benefits are available after probation period. Please include resumes with three professional references.
